Budget Options

We work with you to find the best solution at the price you need. We draw our plans in-house to save you money and give you more flexibility.

Contracting with Knisley's Construction allows you to maintain control over quality and price. There are many items marked as an allowance. This allowance, permits you to choose what areas of the budget to accentuate and in which areas of the budget you can save. Every homeowner has different needs and desires, so this allowance gives you the flexibility to truly put your signature on your custom project.

You could choose one of many options available at that price range, or you could choose to spend more on those things that are important to you.

Many new home builders and remodels offer fewer choices, if any, and then charge a premium for any changes. With Knisley's, you'll never get stuck with "builders specials", we'll recommend several quality, durable and stylish products, but the choice is always yours to make!

When the project starts our expert craftsmen will work with you in a tightly coordinated effort, on a daily basis. Our goal is to complete the project as quickly and efficiently as possible so that you can start living your dream.

Your project is complete and you have the keys. However this is just the beginning of our commitment to you, because we service what we sell. We are known in the community because we build for our neighbors.
