I wrote a letter to the editor because Knisley’s Construction has hard working people who have done a lot of great work for me. This is a business right here in Greene County helping people in need. I am on a fixed income and could not get the total amount needed to rebuild my collapsing porch and install new gutters but Knisley’s found a way to do it. Thank you all.

So far, I have been impressed with the professionalism of Greg and his attention to the details of this job. The doors were installed while I was out of town. We have lived in our Knisley home for four years. We broke ground the middle of August and were moved in by early December. It went extremely smooth. Contrary to what everyone told us, we did not go way over budget. We chose quality cabinetry and flooring. The subcontractors were extremely cooperative and Mike Knisley was on the site himself almost every day. A couple of small issues were taken care of very promptly without any hassle.
If we were to build again tomorrow, we would choose Knisley’s Construction again. We appreciated the pleasant personal attention. A coworker was building in the area at the same time. They commented that they wished they had chosen our builder. There were times there site stood empty for no apparent reason because the builder they chose had too many projects going on at the same time. Weather permitting; work was constant on our home.
We had been under contract with another custom builder but thankfully got out of it for just a $1000 loss. Every day there were new problems and rising costs and we never broke ground. When we found Knisley’s we felt we could trust them. Our instinct proved right on the money.
